This hobby workbench can be closed thanks to its lid, which is also a box with drawers. You can use it, for example, to store the power supply for the LED lights, or any tool that is too large for the inner shelf.

The lights bar is made of 6000K very bright LEDs. A dimmer is included in the box. The height of the LED bar can be adjusted with the grid on the side. The bar can be stored at the bottom of the worbench before closing it, by inserting it from the front. The package includes the appropriate power supply, to be plugged into a wall plug (EU plug).

Optional modules can be attached in the slots all around the box. Three modules are included : two size-1 small boxes, and one size-2.

If you have no room for the lid on the side of the workbench, you can attach it on top of the box, at the back, with the provided hooks. This will however diminish your ligne of sight to the back of the shelf.

Once closed, the lid can handle some weight if you stack items on top of it.

user advice : to close the lid, present it from the top, then take it down vertically, without any lateral movement.

The workbench is delivered unassembled. You will need some PVA glue. The assembly instructions can be found here :

What is the difference between the standard and premium versions ?

The laser cutting process can leave traces of burnt material on the side of the parts. The premium version uses more expensive materials, which greatly diminish the ash and dust when cut. If you choose the standard version, you will need more time to clean the workbench after assembly. There is almost no difference between the two versions in terms of durability or overall quality.
